Incredible location, close to main attractions.

The hotel is beautifully designed, blending modern aesthetics with traditional Oaxacan elements, creating a vibrant ambience that feels uniquely local.
Our room was located directly above a noisy outdoor concert venue, which made it difficult to sleep at night, especially with loud rock music playing until 2 am on multiple occasions.

The location is fantastic, super close to Zocalo, and the room was cozy with nice amenities like AC. But, the noise from the busy street was kinda annoying. 😅

spacious, modern design, vibrant ambience
The room placement is questionable, being located directly above an outdoor concert venue that broadcasts loud rock music till 2am!!! Accessing this room by crossing a cluttered roof area is very inconvenient. A soundproofing solution would be wise!!!

the so-called breakfast was a farce, with duplicative choices, and who doesn't love waking up to concrete-cold baths that simply drain! I can't believe I wasn't offered a complimentary treat after my horrendous experience. never again will I visit this touted 'boutique', so much for an intimate getaway, I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

would not hesitate to return here.
The room was clean and cozy, equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom with toiletries, and a nice view from the balcony. Breakfast was well-prepared and the inner courtyard was a perfect place to relax. Spa services were also enjoyable, including massages and beauty treatments that added a nice touch to our stay.

Fantastic location near Zocalo, with easy walking access to tourist attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Angel at the front desk, who made us feel very welcome. Our second room was cozy and clean, complete with air conditioning and a balcony that offered lovely city views. Mornings started off great with a delicious free breakfast featuring an array of options like fresh fruits and pancakes.
We encountered noise issues due to music from nearby events.

Definitely a great stay but avoid Room 303
We were blown away by the staff, especially Angel, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed after our rough start. After they moved us to a much better room everything changed, it was quiet and perfect and we even got to enjoy breakfast outside every morning in the charming courtyard.

Recommend it for couples
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were cute, especially Angel at the front desk who went out of his way to help us feel right at home, even helping with our excursions and local tips. The breakfast was a nice touch, something to look forward to before kicking off our days.
It wasn’t overly expensive but still a bit much for what we expected.
